Outlook / Microsoft 365: Add calendar → Subscribe from web. The confirmation may say Import; this subscription still refreshes.

Apple: File → New Calendar Subscription on Mac, or Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar on iPhone / iPad. Enable auto-refresh where offered.

Other apps: look for Subscribe, From URL, or a remote iCalendar option. Paste the URL below. Importing a downloaded file creates a static copy.
