Faster. Cheaper. Secure. Going all-in on Vercel's Agentic Infrastructure

Discover how BLACKBOX AI moved to Vercel to build a faster, more cost-efficient, and secure foundation for agentic AI. We’ll explore what drove the migration, how the team approached the technical journey, and how Vercel’s AI infrastructure supports open-source inference, end-to-end encryption, and enterprise-scale traffic without compromising performance.

Control without the sprawl: how Mercor unlocked hundreds of builders with Vercel

Mercor connects domain experts with frontier AI labs, generating the human data used to train and evaluate leading models. Behind the platform, hundreds of business users build the apps their work depends on, and engineering teams tap a wide range of open-weight and closed models. The challenge: doing both without the business losing track of what's shipping, who has access, and what it costs. See how Mercor, with Vercel, built a managed identity layer every app inherits by default and gained full observability into who is spending and where, on a foundation that scales to the agents it's building next.

Building the Future of Data Infra on the Back of Open Source

In 2016, a database built to manage web analytics at scale was open sourced, and thousands of companies were running it in production before there was a company behind it. Five years later, that project became ClickHouse, Inc. Today, the platform spans real-time analytics, observability, AI engineering, and managed Postgres. In this talk, ClickHouse co-founder Yury Izrailevsky explores why the next decade of data will be built the same way. As the data stack consolidates, open source creates a compounding advantage: earning developer trust, opening adjacent markets, and increasingly becoming infrastructure that frontier models recommend unprompted. Yury will share the unglamorous lessons behind that playbook, including what it takes to keep three acquired communities genuinely open, and why the answer keeps returning to the same principle: give more away and keep things open.

Fast AI Panel: Vercel, Jev by Typesafe AI, and Cerebras

What changes when intelligence becomes fast enough to sit inside an everyday interaction? Join Vercel, TypeSafe AI, and Cerebras for a conversation about inference speed, model behavior, and the experience of building responsive AI applications. The panel brings application infrastructure, model development, and compute into the same discussion.

The Third Customer: A fireside with Tobi Lütke and Guillermo Rauch

People have long been the audience for the software we build. What happens when agents become customers too? Tobias Lütke and Guillermo Rauch discuss the implications for commerce, application design, and the relationship between developers and the users—human or machine—on the other side of an interface.

Building World-Class GTM Into an Agent

Building a custom agents platform is one of the key pieces to unlocking AI for complex business workflows. Monte Carlo is the sales-specific system we've built to help scale Monaco's revenue: a platform where revenue teams encode their own playbooks as agents that run against everything we've ingested about their business, including pipeline, outbound, calls, and CRM. Sales is a particularly complex vertical for the following reasons: no two revenue orgs look alike, the data is large and heterogeneous, and the expertise that matters lives in per-rep workflows nobody has written down. Making it work at scale meant rebuilding the agent runtime on per-run Vercel Sandbox microVMs, a decision that propagated much further than we expected into how we handle context, how much of a playbook ends up as prose versus code, and what an agent is permitted to do at all. In this talk, I'll break down the components a verticalized agent platform needs in order to be fast and correct, including an execution substrate, memory and context, how expertise gets represented, and the evaluation loop, along with what is still unresolved.
